Terms and Conditions of Stay

  1. Check-in and Check-out

    • Check-in: From 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Check-out: By 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out, please inform us in advance, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
  2. Occupancy Rules

    • Rooms can only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the reservation. If additional guests arrive, an extra charge will apply per person.
    • The hotel reserves the right of admission if over-occupancy of rooms is detected.
  3. Payment Policies

    • Full payment for the stay must be made at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
    • Any additional expenses incurred during the stay must be paid at the time of check-out.
    • Our hotel policy states that once the check-in date has passed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or early departure.
  4. Cancellation and No Show Policies

    • Cancellations and no-shows are subject to the cancellation policy accepted at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific terms of your reservation in your confirmation.
  5. Liability for Loss or Damage

    • Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs in the room or common areas caused by them or their companions. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s account at the time of check-out.
    • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, including those placed in the safeboxes. These safeboxes are provided as an additional service for the convenience of guests, who assume full responsibility for the items they choose to store in them. We recommend not leaving valuables or cash in the safeboxes.
    • In case of loss of keys, access cards, remote controls, or any other equipment provided by the hotel, a fee will be charged for the lost item. This fee will cover the replacement cost or lock changes if necessary.
  6. Non-Smoking Policy

    • The hotel is a smoke-free establishment in all indoor areas. Smoking inside rooms or in non-designated areas will result in a fine of up to $100 USD for cleaning and deodorizing.
  7. Use of Facilities

    • Guests must respect the rules for using hotel facilities, including the pool and common areas. Failure to comply with these rules may result in restricted access to these areas.
    • The hotel is not responsible for accidents occurring on the premises unless there is clear negligence on the part of hotel staff.
    • The pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM.
  8. Visitors and Security

    • For security reasons, visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior authorization from the reception. Any visitor must be registered.
    • The hotel uses security cameras in common areas to ensure the safety of guests. By accepting these terms, guests acknowledge and accept this security system.
  9. Respect for Tranquility

    • Guests are requested to maintain a quiet environment, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect the stay of other guests. Any behavior that disrupts the tranquility of the hotel may result in expulsion without refund.
  10. Pets

  • The hotel does not allow pets, except for properly documented service animals.

  • The hotel is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, interruptions in electricity or water services, or acts of third parties that affect the guest’s stay.

  • The hotel is committed to protecting guests’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By registering, the guest agrees to the use of their data for administrative and commercial purposes related to their stay.
  1. Hotel Cleaning
  • General cleaning of the room will be done daily, and the replacement of linens (towels, pillowcases, and sheets) will occur every third day, following the established schedule.
  • Hanging clothes on balconies or in common areas of the hotel is not allowed and may result in additional charges.

  • Guests are required to provide valid and official identification to the reception for copying or scanning purposes.
